The extended families include Agilex® FPGAs and SoCs, MAX® 10 FPGAs, and Cyclone® V FPGAs and SoCs. This move helps customers avoid costly redesigns and requalification caused by part obsolescence, simplifying long-term maintenance and ensuring platform continuity.

Cyclone® offers cost-effective options for small-to-mid scale designs, Agilex® delivers high performance, and MAX® 10 focuses on low power — together covering a wide range of deployment needs.

For systems already in the field with service lives of 10 to 20 years or more, Altera’s commitment to 2045 provides much-needed stability and confidence for future designs.
